WHAT WE DO

Tshidiso M. Drafting & Design (Pty) Ltd is an entity that believes in empowering individuals and other enterprises serving the same or similar services. We strive to provide quality service to our clients precisely on time and with minimal or no defects to a final product.

The entity also aligns itself closely with vendors, distributors, business partners and other related personnel in assessing our clientèle needs to forge relationships that are value-added as well as the provision of quality service and products to our diverse clients.

We also have working relationships with other consultancies, organizations and companies that have product and/or skills that enable complete tailored solutions to our clients’ needs. This allows us to provide a depth of service and solution that includes technical skills from a wide variety of areas in the built environment, transport sector, catering and supply of products.

The entity therefore prides itself in the provision of required services by drawing from its database of available personnel.

OUR PROCESS & Services

Call Out

Get in touch via email, phone or visit our office in Vanderbijlpark to brief us on your project, and we will best advise you on how to proceed. This will include a site inspection and gathering of all the required information to comply with municipal regulations. A fee of +R500 is required for a call out to the site.  

Draft & Design

Using the gathered information, we visually conceptualize our ideas based on your brief. Once the concept designs are approved by you, we proceed to develop designs such as floor plans or 3D renderings according to the specified building requirements.

Municipal submissions

Once the final designs are approved by you, we proceed to obtain municipal approvals. This includes submitting the drawing plans and preparing the necessary documentation and specifications needed before construction can begin.

Project management

Once the full portfolio has been gathered and approved by the municipality, construction can begin. We issue the working designs to the commissioned contractor and upon request of the client at an added cost, regularly oversee and inspect the construction to ensure quality.

Residential 1 - 4 

We work with homeowners, developers and home-building companies where we plan and design a custom home, adjust the design or layout of an existing home and design houses within the development specifications.

We work with businesses, landlords, and ministry leaders and others on large scale projects where we design buildings for commercial purposes, such as office buildings, student accommodation, religious institutions and more.
